Coach Anastasia has announced that the basic practice times for the Freshmen Football Team is 315-515pm Monday thru Friday.  Saturday practices are normally 8-10am.  If there are changes to the practice schedule, Caoch Anastasia will announce the change at practice the day before the change is to take place.
